Carole Freeman is a certified nutritionist with a dual Masters of Science in Nutrition and Clinical Health Psychology. Her training is not the typical, traditional method of Western medicine, but involves a wholistic approach (developing the understanding of the mind-body connection for each individual), and it allows her a unique perspective on things.
After suffering a severe automobile accident in 2014, she used her knowledge to research her symptoms and to devise a way heal her injuries. Not only did she suffer from physical injuries to her legs, resulting in chronic pain, but she also had to find a way to heal her neuro-edocrine ailments.
That’s when she turned to the Ketogenic diet. Not only did she start to feel better physically (and rather quickly), but her mental improvements were astounding to her.
Deciding that keto was the way to go has not been a smooth road, as she’s had to deal with some professional bumps along the way, but, as you’ll hear, she in convinced that it is totally worth it. She is now using her knowledge to help others achieve their dreams of becoming healthy, fit, and awesome.
Her story is compelling and I know you’re going to enjoy listening to it.
