Thom King is a serial entrepreneur who was introduced to stevia in 1999, by Jim May, the father of stevia. He immediately understood the potential, and he embarked on a five year process to figure out a safe way to extract the sweetness from the leaves, without leaving behind contaminants.

And he succeeded. His company Steviva (https://www.steviva.com/) has a reputation for quality production of stevia, erythritol, xylitol, and other keto-friendly sweeteners.

Because of his strict attention detail and quality, when Thom heard my interview with Dr. Fife about the problems with stevia, he knew he had to be the one to present the other side. And I’m so glad he did. Because Thom make a great case for the safe consumption stevia.

Thom’s smart, quick, and he understand (and lives) the ketogenic lifestyle. So I hope you listen and learn a little, as Thom makes his case for stevia.
