Carli Vogler is an Ivy League graduate (Yale), who played lacrosse throughout her college career. But she never felt 100%, whether it was because she suffered from stomach ailments, her mental focus was lacking, or she didn’t have a lot of energy, she never really thought about how her food choices could impact her day-to-day routine.
But when she started cutting out some of the processed crap, she started to feel better. And that’s when it clicked for her, and she developed a passion for nutrition and the idea that food can be used to heal people. But she had to put that passion on hold for a few years as she navigated the corporate world. It didn’t take long, though, for her to realize that she really didn’t want to be in that world.
So she did something brave. She started over. And she decided to feed her passion by studying nutrition. And then she met Ali Miller. After volunteering for Ali, Carli began to learn how the real world of nutrition and treatment worked, and thanks to Ali’s guidance, Carli has never been happier. Carli is now a Registered Dietitian and she works along side Ali helping people take control of their lives and get back to being the best versions of themselves as possible.
Carli is smart, thoughtful, and very honest about the realities of helping people. It’s not always pretty, but it’s always worth it.
