After watching the movie Supersize Me, Tom Naughton was skeptical the data presented. He knew there was no way that Morgan Spurlock could have gained the weight he gained by eating what he claimed to eat.

So he decided to make his own movie as a rebuttal. And the rest is lchf/keto history.

His movie, Fathead, is a must-see for anyone interested in the truth behind keto and how we were lied to for so many years by the nutrition community. Tom’s movie has done a tremendous amount to help people realize how they can stop being fat, sick, and sad, and become healthy and fulfilled.

I have to say, it was an honor to talk to Tom, I’ve watched Fathead dozens of times, so getting to finally chat with him was really amazing. He’s smart, thoughtful, and very humble. I know you’re going to want to listen to him.

If you want to know more about Tom, you can check out his website (http://www.fathead-movie.com).

Also, in this HOLIDAY-SIZED episode, you can listen to me and Carrie go through a brief list of questions and answers on various topics in the Ketovangelist Kitchen segment.
