Our own Mary Roberts joins me as she talks about how she overcame previous failures, deciding once and for all that she was not going to give up until she reached her goal of losing 100 pounds, getting healthy, and becoming the woman she wanted to be.
Along the way, she reversed her Type-2 Diabetes, lost 90 pounds, fit into clothes she never imagined she’s wear, and got seriously hooked on exercise.
Her story is one of complete and total determination and desire to prove to herself that she could experience life to the fullest.
She woke up one morning and made a choice to get healthy. After filling up on cake and ice cream the previous day, she was shocked to see her blood sugar higher than ever. She was also heavier than she had ever been, and she decided she’d had enough.
So she made a plan, stayed disciplined, and achieved success by losing almost 100 pounds (she’s not quite where she wants to be, but she’s close and she’s got the tools to get there soon) and getting healthy.
